Jesse Orona, Jr.
Patient Services Coordinator
Hello, my name is Jesse. I’m the patient services coordinator here at NewSound in Austin. When you call for an appointment, I’ll work with your schedule to get you in as soon as possible. Once you’ve arrived, I’ll make sure your wait is not long and you’ll have plenty of time with the doctor to address your concerns. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, I’ll be more than happy to call your insurance company to verify them for you at the time of your appointment.
I joined NewSound in 2012 as a patient services coordinator. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of developing warm relationships with our patients. I look forward to hearing from you.

Service was excellent , people did excellent job; only question I have for upper management is “Why do I never seem to see the same people on quarterly visits?” Realize pandemic played havoc with things, but every visit is new people.Stephen Pryor, on Google
